Results from our trials
Novo Nordisk is committed to communicate or otherwise make available, results of trials regardless of outcome, through publication of a paper in a scientific journal, abstract submission at a scientific meeting, or by other means.
In addition, Novo Nordisk support transparency by disclosing a reference to scientific publications of the clinical trials and a summary (i.e. ICH-E3 synopsis). In order to ensure that the data is complete, Novo Nordisk generally does not release interim results. The release of such information can invalidate the results of the entire trial. At the end of the trial the trial physician(s) and Novo Nordisk will in collaboration prepare one or more manuscripts for publication. Novo Nordisk reserves the right to postpone the release of a final publication and/or communication for up to 60 days to protect intellectual property.
